Welcome!
Welcome to the Marin Marauder's Progressive Sunday Rides Training Series. The Spring Fling Progressive rides are designed to get you ready for whatever ride you have scheduled. We start off with smaller rides and build each week until you are riding over 100 miles a day and climbing like a pro. If you take part in this series you will most certainly be ready for just about any ride! Not only are the rides epic, but the scenery and the people are too. We are a warm and welcoming inclusive group of cyclist of all ages and shapes.

The Route
For our century ride this year, we will leave Hal Brown and head to Santa Rosa via White Hill, Nicasio, Cheese and Red Hill. Once those climbs are out of the way, the rest of the day is mostly rolling hills. In downtown Santa Rosa we will have lunch and then head back through Novato and China Camp. The total miles is 103 with about 10 miles that can be shaved off if its a tad too much. At this point in the training, I would say most are ready for it!
