Welcome to the Marin Marauder's Progressive Sunday Rides Training Series. The Spring Fling Progressive rides are designed to get you ready for whatever ride you have scheduled. We start off with smaller rides and build each week until you are riding over 100 miles a day and climbing like a pro. If you take part in this series you will most certainly be ready for just about any ride! Not only are the rides epic, but the scenery and the people are too. The Route
For our final ride of the Spring Fling Series we will ride a favorite route again. We will leave Hal Brown, and of course, head over White Hill, Nicasio and Cheese Hill. After a brief rest at the Cheese Factory we will head out to Hicks Valley road and up the Famous Wilson Hill. It's a climb for sure, but totally doable at this point. At the top you will rest and take in the scenery before heading down a wonderful descent into Petaluma and lunch at the local market. After that we will head back to Hal Brown park with a rest at the Coffee Roastery in Novato. Thi sis a really ncie route and you dont want to miss it!
