The NorCal AIDS Cycle (NCAC) weekly training rides are designed to help participants ready themselves for NCAC 2026 - a four day charity ride in the Sacramento Foothills. Some of the rides are progressive in nature and will increase in mileage and/or elevation each week.
We push farther up the foothills climbing up to Newcastle. We then turn around and head into Loomis. This is a favorite ride because we stop for lunch at Taylor's where we can get a burger and milkshake. After lunch it's a mostly downhill/flat ride back to the hatchery.
46.5 miles and 2,275 feet of climbing.
Our training rides are open to everyone. Registration in NCAC is NOT required
