Welcome!
The NorCal AIDS Cycle (NCAC) weekly training rides are designed to help participants ready themselves for NCAC 2026 - a four day HIV/AIDS charity ride in the Sacramento Foothills. Some of the rides are progressive in nature and will increase in mileage and/or elevation each week.
This is a Sacramento training ride favorite. We drop the miles a bit, but crank up the climbing. We will start at a park and ride lot in Fairfield. We ride over the Carquinez bridge, ride to the Benicia Bridge and then ride over that. We have lunch in Benicia then head back to the Park and Ride. Don't miss this ride!
43.1 miles and 3,015 feet of climbing.
Our training rides are open to everyone. Registration in NCAC is NOT required
