This ride takes place in Alameda and Contra Costa counties, both are in the Orange tier.

Pace: B/C (moderate to brisk, occasional stops)
Terrain: 3 (moderate hills with some challenges)
Elevation gain: 2,100 ft. per RWGPS
This year the 45th Cinderella Classic has been replaced by a virtual version. Ah, but that means that boys can do the ride this one time! But only girls can register to win a prize. To officially complete the virtual Cinderella you must ride it between May 15 and 23. SO THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE! For a $45 registration fee you’re entered in a random drawing for a Bontrager Ion ProRT light ($180 value), a $25 gift card to Sports Basement, or a CO2 inflator with 10 cartridges ($55 value), a Cinderella 2021 45th anniversary kit (short sleeve jersey & windshell vest-obviously women's sizes only) or one Wave Cell helmet (up to $150 value) and a level 2 tune up (up to $175 value) from Trek Bikes or one $50.00 gift card from Sports Basement or one CO2 inflator & 10 CO2 cartridges from Dublin Cyclery (a $55 value). NOTE: you do not need to register for the virtual Cinderella in order to do *this* ride!
We’re doing the 'neo'-classic Cinderella route starting at Las Positas College, heading out Tassajara Road to Danville, head south to Dublin and then Pleasanton, head east through Livermore before turning north and returning to Las Positas. The roads are a mixture of suburban development and country roads through ranch land.
Bring plenty of water and some snacks. We’ll stop for food and drink along the way (this is the suburbs—there’s a fast food outlet or mini-mart no matter where you look!—with a lunch stop at the 31.5 mile point at
Sultan Kebab. We loop eastward through Pleasanton and Livermore before heading northwest to Collier Canyon and a return to the campus.
